Possui forte experi\u00eancia em planejamento estrat\u00e9gico, coordena\u00e7\u00e3o e gest\u00e3o de pessoas, o que tem impactado positivamente os resultados das empresas \u00e0s quais est\u00e1 associado. Ele \u00e9 altamente motivado em liderar equipes para resolver problemas internos e externos envolvendo departamentos, fornecedores e clientes.
